Life is not always easy and there may be certain times where you feel stuck, unsupported, overwhelmed or confused. Perhaps a recent occurrence has caused you to feel emotional, or perhaps something from the past keeps revisiting but you cannot face it alone. Whatever your reason for seeking counselling, here you can feel free to explore your feelings at your own pace in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Through the therapy you can build resilience and emerge with a better understanding of yourself. The therapy space allows you to process things, understand your needs and how they can best be met.
